These terms govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. If we sign a separate engagement contract for video production work, that contract takes precedence for the work itself.

You may browse the Site, read its content, and submit the contact form for genuine business enquiries. You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code beyond what is publicly served
• Submit automated, fraudulent, or misleading information through the contact form
• Use the Site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with normal operation

All copy, design, images, video, code, and brand marks on the Site are owned by 2a4 Studio or our licensors. You receive no licence to reuse them by using the Site. The performance numbers cited on the Site (CPL, ROAS, hook rate) reference real client work and remain confidential trade information.

The Site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for you. The case-study numbers are historical and not a forecast of any future engagement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 2a4 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of the Site is limited to USD 100.

This does not limit liability for things the law won't let us limit (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, statutory consumer rights).

Pages may link to third-party services (Calendly, WhatsApp, Meta, Resend, Sanity). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the data flows involved.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
